Hosting and Domain Fees

Hosting and domain fees are refundable within 10 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be made in writing within the specified time frame.
- Refunds will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees incurred during the purchase process.
- Once a hosting account has been activated or a domain name registered, refunds are no longer available for these services.

Services

All other services, including but not limited to website design, SEO services, and brand development, are non-refundable once work has commenced. We invest significant time and resources into each project, and as such, refunds cannot be provided for these services.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or service disruptions beyond our control, we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion. Any such refunds or credits will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
